We always aim to process, produce, and ship out all orders within 3 weeks from when the order was placed. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
If you have subscribed for UPS My Choice, you get the flexibility to: Receive proactive delivery alerts Manage your deliveries with a delivery partner Authorize shipment release Reroute and reschedule deliveries Provide delivery instructions to your driver Leave your packages with a neighbor or at nearby UPS Access Point to be picked up later
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Since countries have chosen to close their borders this might affect your shipments during transit and can be slightly delayed. We, at King Children respect individuality of all our customers. All orders placed with King Children are given significant thought before production. It takes approximately 3 weeks for your order to be ready to ship, since all orders are made custom fit to suit each unique individual. We utilize the additional time to design and develop a pair of glasses that are best-suited to your face structure allowing us to deliver products that perfect for you.
If you indicated that you'd like to sign for your package at checkout, then UPS will need your signature in order to successfully deliver the package on one of their delivery attempts. Due to liability issues, UPS does not allow us to remove the signature requirement once the shipment is in transit.
If you would prefer for UPS to leave the shipment outside your door, just leave the signature requirement unchecked during check-out. With this option, King Children is no longer liable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

Standard and express orders are delivered upon signature. A calling card will be left at your attention at your door or mailbox in order to organize a new appointment.
PD10 Collection: At this time we do not accept returns on limited edition products. For limited edition products all sales are final. However, if you’d like to get in touch with us email us at customer.service@kingchildren.com
Standard FIT : We will accept returns for our standard fit product. We accept returns within 30 days of the order's ship date. To start your return process, please email customer.service@kingchildren.com with your order number to begin the return process.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our custom fit PD10 Collection product line. If you are dissatisfied with your order please email us at customer.service@kingchildren.com
If you have ordered the PD10 Standard product and believe that your product isn’t right for you, we're happy to help initiate the return process. You have 30 days after placing your order to initiate the return process.
For returns, you can contact us on customer.service@kingchildren.com. You will then receive a UPS return label in your inbox. From there, you'll print the shipping label and drop the package off at UPS (please use original poly mailer). Once received, your return will be fully processed within 7 business days. We will deduct the return fee ($20) from your balance and issue you a full refund on the rest of your order. As soon as this step is complete we will send you a refund notification by email. The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 2-5 business days.
*Please note that King Children cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our pre-printed return label. If you have sent your order for return with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order. Please also note that King Children will not be responsible for any shipping cost or lost packages when the order has not been sent with the above mentioned pre-printed label.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping for the PD Product line.
Vat, Taxes, and duties will be added in at checkout depending on the submitted shipping address.

We want to ensure that our customers have a good understanding of how their glasses should fit. If you believe that your glasses are not fitting properly we will need some more information to solve the issue.
